My Body Punishes Me Once A Month

I was crafting on the floor of my room watching Bravo when a woman’s voice came on the television. “Did you know when you are on the birth control pill, there is no medical need to have a period?”

This “A Year of Living Sober” series is my way of purging out all the emotions of becoming sober. A couple of people have asked me what it felt like to stop drinking and how I made it through those initial months. This vlog addresses those two questions.
